These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the review management service and website operated by Vagar Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
3. Plan Limits
Each plan sets a maximum number of review requests you may send each month. If you exceed your plan limit, you may upgrade to a higher plan. The core platform features are included in every plan.
4. SMS and Messaging
You are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before we send them review requests or reminders by text or email on your behalf. You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including requirements for consent and opt-out handling.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send unsolicited or harassing messages
- Fabricate, buy, or incentivize reviews in a way that violates platform policies
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
6. No Guarantees
The service helps you request and organize reviews, but we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your customers and business activity.
7. Service Changes
We may update, add, or remove features from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes when required.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vagar Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in whichVagar Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
